The Life time Bug Free Policy states that Link Egypt Guarantees all the products to be delivered to the client “bug free”, all bugs are fixed free of charge, whenever they are discovered. Link Egypt does its best to thoroughly test all project features, however in the cases where bugs are found after release, Link Egypt will immediately assign a developer to the issue and get it resolved as quick as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

• No changes occurred to solution after delivery by the client or any third party.
• No changes occurred to the environment the solution designed for. Examples: the software uses Windows Server 2003 and the client changed the environment to Windows Server 2008.
• The solution is used for the purpose it is designed for.
